Prior to founding Ross Industries in 1991,  Bella Ross was the face of J.B. Ross, an upscale brass bed company with over 200 employees. After she sold J.B. Ross to Leggett & Platt, a Fortune 500 corporation, she joined their ranks and continued pursuing her passion in her daily activities: design, sales, and marketing. Bella recognized a niche market in catalog and mail order and made it her specialty. When her contract was up, she founded Ross Industries and kept Leggett & Platt as a valued vendor partner.
